1. Bilingual (Japanese/English) Administrative Assistant (Full Time)
Our bilingual administrative assistant would support with general office administration, develop reports and spreadsheets, manage scheduling, process and translation documents and office correspondence, and provide other translation and interpretation support onsite and offsite. This position is located in Georgetown, KY.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, organized, and adaptable. Successful candidates will be able to multi-task, handle constantly changing priorities, be bilingual in Japanese/English (at least JLPT N2 for non-native Japanese speakers), have strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel) and have a minimum of two years of office experience in a business environment. Bookkeeping and/or invoicing experience is a plus.
2. Japanese/English Translator and Interpreter (Flexible Hours/Part Time)
We are seeking an experienced skilled translator/interpreter to work with our clients onsite as well as to interpret or translate remotely. This position requires strong language skills (at least JLPT N2 for non-native Japanese speakers) and a knowledge of Japanese and American culture. Experience within the automotive manufacturing sector is a positive for this position and technical vocabulary and experience is helpful.
3. ESL Instructor (Part Time)
We are seeking an experienced English educator to work with clients onsite and remotely. This position requires excellent English communication skills and experience teaching English as a second language. Since most of our clients are Japanese, knowledge of Japanese culture and/or some Japanese language skills are a plus.
