Job Position: Sales Rep.
Organization: Interesse International Inc.

Description:
General position summary
This position is in charge of sales for the US (Midwest with some exceptions), Canada and Mexico as well as certain other English speaking countries worldwide where assistance is needed.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Primary Job Function
-Maintains open and friendly communication with all existing clients. Meet as needed.
-Build customer base of existing products through research and cold calls.
-Obtain information on new products from our parents company's worldwide locations. Produce list of
potential customers and contact.
-Contribute analytical information to enable completion of budget forecasting.
-Review monthly P&L to monitor profit margins and determine if price increases need to be made and where savings can occur.
-Communicate effectively with all levels of our parents company's worldwide operations.
-Calculate quotes from origins of products to determine selling price and terms with customers.
-Manage inventory and sale of stocked products and expand business.

2. Secondary Job Function
-Negotiate NDAs with and other contracts with suppliers and customers.
-Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and TCSA.

3. Common Job Functions/Goals & Objectives:
-Communicate effectively with all employees of our CA office, its affiliates and subsidiaries both national and international
-Partake in friendly and open communication with all employees and contribute positively to the camaraderie in the office environment.
-Obtain knowledge of other’s job assignments and assist when needed

4. Essential Job Requirements:
(1) Physical Requirement & Working Environment
-Employee must be able to travel on business and work overtime when necessary
(2) Experience/Minimum Qualifications Needed
-Minimum 3 years sales experience
(3) Education
-A Bachelor’s degree preferred
(4) Work Performance
-Employee must perform duties in a timely manner and as accurately and with great diligence

5. Annual Goals & Objectives for 2026:
-Increase sales and profit in each product category and adjust to market trends
-Build pipeline of technologies for Japan
-Increase domestic collaboration with compounding partners
-Ensure all reports are submitted in a timely manner
