Description:
A Japanese Manufacturing company is currently looking for a full time Sales Representative to join their Dublin, OH location.

This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to grow in a technical sales environment. You will support experienced sales staff in promoting automatic control products to customers across North and South America.

With a flexible work style, supportive team culture, and structured training, this role offers a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in manufacturer sales within a global Japanese company.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this position will be between 50k-55k. Candidates with previous sales experience are of course welcomed, but even candidates without prior sales experience, but willing to learn are encouraged to apply.


Essential Duties

- Promote and sell automatic control devices (e.g., expansion valves, solenoid valves, pressure/temperature controllers) to OEMs, distributors, and end-users in North and South America
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in industries such as HVAC, automotive, semiconductor, and industrial equipment
- Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs and application requirements
- Coordinate with Japanese HQ and local engineering teams to address customer specifications, lead times, and customization requests
- Participate in industry trade shows (e.g., AHR Expo, Automotive Testing Expo) to showcase products and identify new business opportunities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and sales strategies
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
- Business-level English communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Email)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Japanese or language skills
- Experience in B2B sales (any duration)
- Interest in HVAC, automotive, or manufacturing industries
- Willingness to grow into a technical/overseas sales role
