Description:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis of customer needs.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Deliver professional product and service presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business success.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Manage existing customer accounts, including accounts receivable (A/R) and merchandise returns.
- Develop a thorough understanding of products, services, and market trends to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist customers with account setup and documentation.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and performance targets.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including call reports, work plans, and sales analyses.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to revenue growth and profitability through effective account management and business development activities.
