Acceleration and M204 (Slic3r/GPX errors)

When I output a  g-code flavor of "Sailfish Makerbot" in Slic3r it inserts M204 acceleration commands into the gcode. GPX flags these as unrecognized.

I am assuming this is a benign error and that Sailfish simply uses the acceleration setting in EEPROM and the Acceleration ON/OFF setting in the Sailfish menus.
