Any way for read "eeprom_dump.bin" file without sailfish?

Hi guys, after a lot of headaches with Geeetech replacement boards (Rev. E and Rev. G), i decided to move my printer to a RepRap type board.
My MightyBoard is not working but i have the dump file on the SD card, is there any way for read the data (Steps/mm, accelerations, etc) for use as starting point for calibrating my new system?

No. But you can use the documented defaults,

Thanks, i also found the GPX converter defaults, seems to be the same and complement that info.
