Keeptabs on your kids and family with the latest version of our popular GPS-enabled kids watch. Powered by the T-Mobile network, SyncUP KIDS Watch 2 blends connectivity and fun while keeping safety first.

The parent (and only the parent) can set up a contact list from the T Life app controlling the watch. The smartwatch can only communicate with persons on that contact list and is restricted from contacting anyone else. This includes all voice calls, text messages and video calls.

Yes, Video Calling between the SyncUP KIDS Watch and the T Life app is easy and fun to stay connected with your kids! To get started, ensure you are on the latest software and Firmware on the T Life app and Watch.

Video calling is only available to approved contacts designated as the Admin or Guardian contact. Video Calling is not currently available to the Friend contact type. Guardians not designated as Emergency Contacts will be unable to Video Call with the Watch while School Mode is enabled.

Most calls can last from 5-6 minutes as long as the watch has over 10% battery life, a strong 4G LTE connection, and the watch is not overheating. If multiple video calls are completed back-to-back, the video calls will get shorter and shorter to preserve smartwatch performance. The app will display a warning banner about 1 minute before the video call is disconnected. The Watch will auto-decline incoming video calls if the battery temperature is higher than normal, the battery is below 10%, or the signal on the watch is weak.

These special glasses are necessary for safe viewing of the sun, as viewing a solar eclipse without protection can cause eye damage. The April 8, 2024, solar eclipse can be seen along a path of totality that stretches from Texas to Maine, and it can be viewed partially in metro Phoenix.

Some places offer free glasses while supplies last, while others offer the glasses free with purchase of a special promotional item. Here's where you can find free solar eclipse glasses in metro Phoenix.

The Space Science Institute distributed 5 million solar eclipse viewing glasses to 10,000 libraries in the U.S. Libraries offered these to prepare their patrons for the Monday, April 8 eclipse, as well as last October's annular solar eclipse.

The institute's list of participating libraries includes these metro Phoenix libraries. This list was current at publication time; check your local library before going there to see if it still has glasses available.

Ohio-based ice cream retailer Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams will offer free eclipse glasses with the purchase of its Punk Stargonaut Collection, a collection of five pints of space-inspired ice cream flavors with names like Nebula Berry, Super Moon and Purple Star Born.

The collection costs $58. The promotion is available now online and will be available starting Friday, April 4, at Jeni's locations nationwide, including its location on Fifth Avenue in Old Town Scottsdale.

Sonic Drive-In is offering a limited edition drink called the Blackout Slush Float, a black-colored slush drink with a cotton candy and dragonfruit flavor topped with vanilla soft-serve ice cream with blue and purple galaxy sprinkles.

Graduation is the official confirmation of the completion of all degree requirements, as maintained on your degree audit report, and is recorded on your official transcript, both of which are administered by the Registrar's Office. Degrees are posted for the term in which the student registers for the Graduation Workshop and successfully completes all coursework. Degrees are posted once per term, based upon the official academic calendar date assigned per university policy.

In order to apply for graduation, you must register in eServices for the Graduation Requirements Workshop, WKSP GRAD, (along with your final courses within the semester in which you intend to graduate). WKSP GRAD is an online workshop through D2L Brightspace. It contains all the information concerning graduation and a quiz where you can select your intention regarding commencement participation.

As a reminder, your diploma is mailed to the permanent address listed in eServices at the time your degree is posted. Students should notify gradu...@metrostate.edu within three months from their graduation term if they have questions or issues.

Two (2) separate packages are mailed to graduated students: one package is shipped directly from our diploma vendor containing your diploma, and another package is sent from Metro State University with an official (stamped and sealed) and an unofficial (unsealed) copy of your transcripts.

Students will be financially responsible to have a diploma reprinted and mailed to a subsequent address if they did not have the accurate permanent address listed in eServices at the time of degree posting. Students are asked to verify this address in the Graduation Workshop prior to graduation. Students will also be financially responsible if they request a new diploma be ordered with a name different from what was entered as Diploma Name in the Graduation Workshop.

Student Life and Leadership Development, the Registrar's Office, and many other departments partner closely to provide graduates with a memorable and positive experience as they complete their academic journeys at Metropolitan State.

Each semester, academic units select one outstanding graduating student to be recognized as the President's Outstanding Student Awards Reception. Undergraduate students can be nominated by faculty, staff, other students, or self-nominate each semester. The President's Outstanding Student Awards reception is by invitation, and allows for each of the academic units to celebrate the academic and co-curricular achievements of the impeccable students at the university.
