Dropboxwill still allow you to log in with the email and password regardless if the email no longer works as long as the password is correct. If it isnt I'm afraid there is no way to recover that account.

All your support entitlement is available at www.dropbox.com/support BUT I also know from here (you can search) where theyve said on numerous occasions if you do not have access to the email address you cannot gain access to the account. The email address is the only thing which identifies YOU as the account holder.


You can find the support options that are available to you on the Support page. If you visit the page while NOT logged into a Dropbox account, you'll see a button for sign-in issues. Note that if you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Dropbox account, then you will not be able to gain access to it. Your email address is used to verify your ownership of the account.


My email address is no longer available. So there is no possibility to access my old account which is around 10 years old and full of private stuff like family foots, passport pictures etc. How it is possible to change the email address of an account to which I cannot login?


The Workflow will successfully run and send e-mails if I run the Workflow from my home office being connected via VPN. However, when I try to run the Workflow while being in our corporate office and connected directly to the network it gives us "Error: Email (1): Record#1: Func 'curl_easy_perform' failed, ret = 67, desc = Login denied" error.


We are not changing any parameters related to the SMTP Connection and I have been working with my IT team but we cannot figure out what may be causing the Login Denied issue when at the corporate office. Anyone have any ideas as to what the fix may be for this? We also have run a test using Windows Powershell using my login credentials and the same SMTP and it will send a test e-mail when we do it it through there.

If your ExchangeOnline configuration is different from the one on attached screenshot, please retry using indicated parameters.


Any email apps you have setup will need to be configured with this login id and password, this includes mobile and desktop clients (MS Mail, MS Outlook). Visit O365/MFA Implementation FAQ for more information on how to set up your device.


You will be taken to your Login.gov account page or the government agency you are trying to access. You can add additional authentication methods, email addresses or update your information on the Login.gov account page.


My team has dropbox downloaded on several devices. Mobiles & Tablets: both IOS and Android. Computers: Mac and PC - yet for some reason we cannot go online (tried most browsers) and access the dropbox account online. I manage the account and have not changed the password, so why do we all get the "Invalid Email or password" message? - And yes - I have cleared history.

I am facing the similar issue.. Getting error "Username Invalid or Incorrect" while trying to login via my Laptop. Last time I logged in to Drop box was through my Tab since then I am facing this issue. Can someone give me the solution for this..


I haven't changed my password for awhile, it works on the laptop but not my Android phone. Error message says wrong username or password. The username and password entered is definitely correct. I see this issue still hasn't been resolved.


I am also having an issue logging into the Dropbox App for Mac on 10.12.4. I can sign into the webpage just fine. The webpage will prompt me for my 2factor authentication from the Google Authenticator, but the app just takes my login and password and fails every time. Help!
