When signed in, and Action/New Jetpack. The new window just sits there
with progressbar. I have to do the same thing several times before a
new jetpack is created. Anyone else experience this?
Also, would like to be able to drag and drop computer files to my
jetpacks not just urls. Anyone agree?

Is this the FF or IE sidebar?
For your question about adding local files - the reason we don't allow
this is because the Jeteye service does not provide file storage. If
you are interested in Jeteye providing this service, please let us
know along with the types of files you would want to store. Or, if
you have an online file storage service already, let us know and we'll
see if we can work with it.

Pending! I am finding problems are being resolved quite quickly now
that a new technology has been created by Webmaster genius. I am
appreciative and completely amazed. Give it a little more time
