where can i find jetbootloader

Dear All

i have jet with firmware S8003JPIH1 ,

i mad most steps .. partitioned with ext3

extract the contents of :

1) JetKernel-0.2.binary.tgz (http://code.google.com/p/jetdroid/
downloads/detail?name=JetKernel-0.2.binary.tgz&can=2&q=)

2) JetPlatform-0.3pre1-binary.tgz (http://code.google.com/p/jetdroid/
downloads/detail?name=JetPlatform-0.3pre1-binary.tgz&can=2&q=)

to the root of new ext3

what missing to me ... where can i find the bootloader ... what i have
to do next ... i m really confused ... do still i need to flash my
device with, even it says in (http://code.google.com/p/jetdroid/wiki/
BootloaderVersions) it supported .. what that mean

please help
