I spoke to our team regarding using other room which can accommodate up to 200 people. We decided to explore other venues as it may be small for our expected attendees. Can you please cancel our current rental reservation request for January 19th? Please let me know if I have to do anything from my side other than sending this email.

Unfortunately we need to cancel our event on Sunday January 19th due to a conflict with another event during the same time at a different place. We came to know of this event yesterday. Our original plan was to celebrate on Saturday January 18th, however as the temple facility is not available on January 18th, we have moved it to Sunday January 19th. Now we need to find alternate venue on Saturday January 18th. Sorry for the trouble and inconvenience, which we didn't expect. Can you please let me know the process to cancel the request and get our money back?

I will handover filled-in application and two checks ($750 and $500) to the priest today. Before that I want to make sure the price offered to us is non-profit price. Also as mentioned earlier our volunteers will be at the temple by 9:30 AM for prep work. Please let me know whether that is fine.

  1. Verify all the information on an attached agreement.
  2. Please fill the address on the first page. 
  3. Keep the initial on the right side bottom of all the pages and signature on the last page. 
  4. Bring 2 checks ($750 as a hall rent and $500 as a security deposit) with this signed agreement.
  5. Give the checks and agreement to the priest.
