Greetings from Jesus youth irinjalakuda,


* ' RIGHT TURN '*

*- formation project is an new initiative of jesus youth Irinjalakuda
zone,for the zonal first line leaders.*

*The necessity of the Formation program based on Word of God *



*" I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more
abundantly."(John 10/10)*



*The Formation lasts for 1 + 8 months, 1 month for pre training & 8 months
of formation*



*RIGHT TURN*

* The Formation TEAM include 11 Senior Leaders called "SHEPHERD"*

*The formation leaders include 22 top level leaders called "SHEEP"*

*Each SHEPHERD will have 2 SHEEP'S *

*The Shepherd and Sheep will have 2 common sittings also they must do
Monthly house visit and weekly call*

*Formation starts with Pre-planning month Was on January and extends up to
September (8 month formation)*



*After 5 months the formation project will be added with 44 other second
level leaders that is Each Sheep Will have 2 leaders*

*Intercession has started as part of it ,for each SHEEP a PRIEST ,a SISTER
and a Mother of a leader will pray.*

*3 day training program*



*February 7,8,9 *

*May 9,10,11*

*Aug 8,9,10*



*3 hour monthly gatherings*



*March 16,*

*April 27*

*June 22*

*July 20*



*Last gathering on Sept 27,28*
