Hello,
Notice that the prophecy regarding Christ being three days and three
nights in the belly of the whale was given by Jesus Christ regarding
Jonah as was taken to refer to the three days after the crucifixion of
Christ. "For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of
a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in
the heart of the earth. The men of Nineveh will stand up at the
judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the
preaching of Jonah, and now one greater than Jonah is here." Matthew
12:40-41 (NIV) You thus say Peter that, "The most successful prophets
are unsuccessful", and I am very sorry to know that you thus believe
that Jonah was a more successful profit than Jesus Christ whom is God
whom said that he would be in the belly of the earth for three days
and it thus happened as a result of the crucifixion of Christ. (you
Peter are saying that men are more successful at doing the work of God
than God himself) Overall, it is thus Jesus Christ whom preaches the
necessity of the Crucifixion of Christ in order that the scripture
regarding Jonah and the huge fish may be fulfilled in him, and Jesus
Christ himself said that the people of Nineveh will stand and condemn
that generation (Repent Peter least the people of Nineveh stand and
condemn you too).
The necessity of the crucifixion of Christ separated the sheep from
the goats with the sheep being on the right hand and the goats being
on the left. The crucifixion of Christ thus brought both salvation
and judgment depending upon what side of the cross you are on.
Overall, the criminal that mocked Jesus, he did not save, while the
criminal whom rebuked the one whom mocked Jesus he did save as Christ
promised his salvation (this man would be purchased with blood), and
to everyone whom did not know what they had been doing whom crucified
him he prayed for their forgiveness as his blood was shedding.
I believe that the reason why you are unwilling to acknowledge the
necessity of the blood atonement of Jesus Christ Peter is because you
find yourself on the wrong side of the cross and thus you would like
to believe that the cross is not necessary. The cross however was
necessary (as Jesus Christ himself said it was necessary in the same
breath in talking about the people of Nineveh). Everyone whom reads
Revelation and believes what is written says God speed.
