to Jesus On the Web
Hello,

The intercession of the priest is that he listens to the expression of
faith of the one whom God is showing himself to, and he then brings
this to Jesus as he takes the fishes and the loves and multiplies
them. The priest then takes this and distributes it to the
multitude. This is one of the ways that the church is fed.

Ask yourself however this question about the other way that the church
is fed, "if the priest eats the bread and the fish and does not offer
it up to God, then what does he have to share with the multitude." He
has something to offer that looks a little like a brownie, but it does
not smell or taste like one, and if you eat it without knowing any
better then you may wish that you hadn’t.

Thank you,
