Hello,
I know that Larry was just recently talking about finding ways to
express old scriptural truth in new ways so that people today can
understand better. As a result, I have uploaded the new Jesus on the

that is excellent! not only well done and well designed and perfectly
suited for the group as per you 'vision' it in so many senses of the
word, but it reminds me of your car. how's the Christler Crucifix
doing nowadays, anyway? and what about the bus-RV?

I think that is an excellent standard for this group!
I didnt realize that Brother Mathew's car had such a cleaver name! i
am a little disappointed i didnt get to see it in it's hayday.
If we had a mechanic in the group it might be good to do a "Jesus on
the Road" tour, and see if Churches would be interested in hosting
workshops and Q&As etc.
There is a tremndous amount of insight Mathew could share.

Hello,
The painted stars of David and the crosses on my car the Christler Crucifix
wore off a little, and then the entire paint job got bad (I thus have
repainted it several times). I still have the patterns for the stars of David
and the crosses, but a professional paint job I am told would cost thousands
of dollars. The car most recently would not start so that I could drive it to
see Larry, but I will have to work on that (It has new bumpers, tires, and I
have been working on it from time to time).
My Bus RV I still own, but it is in storage just outside of Carbondale (it
would get a new engine, automatic transmission, and brakes before I drive it
around heavily). Regarding the bus I have installed a shower, sink,
electrical, stove, and Subway restaurant trash can that says "Thank you" on it
as well as a hot water heater. I however need to do just a little more work
to make the plumbing complete, and to connect the gas lines to the stove. (I
also need to clean the bus out because it is packed full of stuff because I am
using it for storage).

if i may make a comment............
i think you should add a cross on each side of the Star of David with
the cross inside it. i just looked at the group flag at the upper
left, and i notice that it's extremely hard to tell that there's even
a cross within the star. as a thumbnail, it looks more like Judaism
rather than Judea-rooted Christianity. so that's why i initially
thought it need a more prominent cross somewhere in the picture. then
i realized that if you put a cross on each side, it would obviously
have an added symbolism of the two men on the crosses next to Jesus.
also........just a thought, not sure if you'd wanna attempt to do
it............but if you somehow added thorns to the star of David
(and, more importantly, that they also LOOKED like thorns), that would
add an even stronger element.
but even if you don't do that, i still think a cross on each side
would add a great touch.

it looks great! could you please provide an updated link to the
picture, as well? the one in your first post no longer exists,
understandably.
i was concerned that you might have trouble centering the two crosses
(on the same vertical axis, as well as on their respective horizontal
axes of being halfway between the star and the sides), but it appears
that you were quite successful. perhaps you aligned it by eye. still,
it looks really good, though i would still like to see it enlarged and
in all its glory.
