Planview knowledge is bonus.
Role:
• Track critical departments projects, status / issues / risks / competition % against plan etc
• Work with Delivery and department heads and Finance to track and report on the department’s program / portfolio financials
• Help with aligning of VP’s team to define and execute on strategies
• Aid in prep for executive business updates and Steering Committee support
• Confident talking with Executive Team (Biz and IT)
• Manage the ongoing action plan for the department
• Organize departmental meetings / agenda
