Job title: Cobol developer - Realia/Micro Focus
Location : Remote as of now
· Setup Windows based Realia/Microfocus COBOL IDE for development activities
· Understand Realia COBOL Batch and Online code
· Perform Impact analysis for the requested biz enhancement
· Design, Develop, Test and deploy the Realia/Microfocus COBOL Online/Batch modules involving Btrieve database
· Coordinate with Onsite team IT team and biz team for walk through on requirement
· Estimate the effort required for biz enhancement requests
· Independently handle Pre-Cab and CAB approval meetings for the change requests
· Participate in deployment window for COBOL changes
· Strong knowledge in BTrive database
· Working experience in Realia COBOL is an added advantage.
