Hi everyone!  

I would like to be more organized this year and start my planning and work earlier. 

I would like those able to do so  to commit to one meeting a month until the month prior to the 5k.  I know everyone has busy lives so if you can’t do so please just let me know and I will try to round up more help. I’m  really so appreciative of all of you. You have stuck with us so long and I am also aware that each year has been a gift that may not be possible to continue due to life circumstances etc. 

Our first meeting will be Friday March 23rd. Please let me know as soon as possible if you can make it and if you will be able to commit to another year and if on a limited capacity what that looks like. Just so I can be prepared and make decisions based on that :)

Volleyball. But put me down for the week before and day of 5K to get all the stuff together. Do we have a date yet?

It went really well.  I feel a renewal of energy this year!!

 We all have homework before next months meeting.  Meeting will be on April. 20th @ 6:30 pm

Jessica’s Bday fundraiser will be on her actual Bday April 26th. Flier should  be completed this week b fire I go out of town. 

Everyone has a goal of one sponsor a month for the 5k

Facebook/Instagram commercial type advertising will be done again. 

Sponsor letter to be completed & printed by mid April. 

Constant contact to be done monthly. 

Groupon will start by end of April. 

Date of 5k will be confirmed this week. 

Looking at Sept 8. 

Theme: Flower Power Color Run. With people getting white shirts and bombed with colored water on trail.  

Serious non bombing timed runners will go first.  

Optional purchase of tickets for Tye Dye station, kids art table and face painting. 

By popular demand ...

Will be ordering sweatshirts to sell again.  Possible colors Black, Grey and Navy Hoodies. 

Volunteers needed for 5k
