I am going to need someone to come get whatever is needed for the 5K. I am not able to do the physical work for another couple of weeks.
I have the water, drinking cups, banners, merchandise, Etc..... here in the JFJ storeroom. I also have tables for water stations.
We will need two ladders 6 to 8 foot. Also as many tables that Lisa thinks for sponsors and water at end of run.
Tents? Maybe.

Hola peeps!

Pops, Not sure if you are saying you have the ladders, tables etc as I don't know where they come from usually and not sure where it's all coming from?  Sounds like we need to find them somewhere?  

Also, because this is not my normal responsibility I don't know how much change or how that all works.  Who is going to take that all on. Did ya have people in mind?  I can try and contact people but I wouldn't even know what I'm asking for fully :)

Everyone please be sure you have your own station items and necessities covered in advance so we aren't scrambling. If you need help please text me and I will do my best to do so but won't be able to juggle too much more than what's on my current plate and don't want to leave anyone hanging. 

We are adding a Groupon reg table and 50/50 raffle but I will have someone do that so not to add extra to the other reg people but they may need help knowing how to do the timing portion etc. If anyone feels they will able to help w that lesson that would be great :)

I have lost going for all, so give me until this afternoon. 

High level, Carole, if it's prepackaged it's usually fine, I need to read the fine print to make sure nothing has changed. I would however yes, get them as it's nice to hand that out with water. Crap, last year we served pizza without proper stuff, so a prepackaged energy bar would slide under any red tape radar for sure! Thank you!!!

Okay.................. We need to sort out what I have and do not have.

I can have truck loaded on Friday for someone to pick up Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning.

I have:  

Water, cups and two water station tables.

JFJ Banners plus bungees and rope to hang them.

Merchandise.

Cash boxes. 

Tents if needed ??  

Pasta flyers and 1of 500 forms.

Donation buckets.

Some of the signs from last year.

Markers, pens, tape and staple gun.

Do not have:

Change for banks. Nicole @ registration. Pam @ merchandise.

Table for water at end of run.

Tables for sponsors or volunteer booths. ??

Ladders to hang banners.

Registration and release of liability forms.

Safety pins for runners #.

Stuff for info table. Not much left...............

????What else we may need????
