Stallions- Selection criteria for our games

Stallions:

 

This is a long 20 game season as opposed to 18 games last year in Div-II.

 

We have a healthy 25/27 person roster.  I know that not of you all are available to play on weekends given that some of you play in leather ball leagues or have family commitments.

 

We like to give chance to everyone to play through the season. Here is how we think it will be beneficial  and fair to all for selection:

 

-          1^st preference to Stallions that are committed on weekend (majority of our games are on Sundays). Again some rotation will be included.

 

-          2^nd preference and on rotation basis to those that have 50% commitment (due to leather ball league or family commitments)

 

-          As always, we will field the best and a balanced team every weekend.

 

-          If you don’t see your name on the team for the weekend, don’t despair. I will happen, and soon. It’s a long 20 games season.
