I registered for the 5K RUN on September 20th in Piscataway, Johnson Park, NJ. 

It is US$20 only..think as a donation ..please register and do your part to help the under privileged….click on the link below it will take only 5 minutes have your CC ready. 

This RUN not chip timed or USATF course, the timing is manual.

Best way to gauge your stamina. This RUN timing can become your reference point and assist you to train from there.
