Please ensure that your umpires check player I.D.s before the games this weekend. Strictly speaking, this should be occurring all season round, but it is particularly important during play-offs.

It is recommended (but not required) that captains exchange their Playing XI with each other before the match. It will streamline the I.D.-checking in the morning.

In order to be eligible for play-off games, a player must have played one-third of his team's round-robin games.

This normally means a player must have played six games for the team.

In some instances, this number could be five. This usually happens if the number of games for which the roster has been uploaded is 16, 15 or (unlikely) 14. For example, in the event of a match being washed out without a toss having occurred, the roster is not uploaded.

When calculating the number of games your player needs to be eligible, mathematical rounding rules apply. Decimals of 0.5 or higher get rounded up; lower than 0.5 get rounded down.
