Elba and I have a cabin for six reserved, since the kids will be arriving with Jeremy and Karissa Thursday afternoon. I also reserved a cabin for your party of four for three nights. Jeremy pre-paid all the cabins, at $90 per night per cabin. I already paid him for our cabin (Elba, Nathan, Ceci and I will split the cost later). You should send your payment to:

Did you receive my email, forwarding information about the daily flights and shuttles between Port Angeles and the Seattle-Tacoma airports? Hopefully, there's something at the time Becky needs to make her travel connections.
We'll drive back to Seattle Saturday, after a good night's sleep. The kids will be sleeping at Jeremy's house, so you are welcome to join Elba and me in the hotel room on Sunday, or whenever you're ready. We plan to spend Saturday through Tuesday sightseeing in and around Seattle (possibly visiting the Lindy Exchange activities, off and on). I should be emailing you our tentative plans within the next few days. Let me know if you would like to join us and/or give us ideas.
We can schedule our day on Monday to include lunch, before dropping you off at the airport, in time for your 3:20 p.m. flight.

Are things still the same as far as your arrival for the wedding? That’s Wed, the 11th? At what time and what flight?….As far as us we’re still planning to follow you from the airport to Neah Bay . And accommodations at Neah Bay will for the 4 of us? Should we already send our payment for that? Then I can still share accommodations with you on Sunday night? Will there be someone available to drive me to the airport on Monday at 3:20 (SW)? We’re still in limbo as to what Becky is going to do to be able to catch her flight back on Saturday morning. She tried changing her flight, but that was $100 penalty. She’s looking into a train back to Seattle ….is there such a thing, do you know?

Holiday Inn will give you the reduced rate of $159.......I am getting a confirmation so that you can carry with you and a name and number in case you get any flack on this.......soon as I get the info....will forward to you........but, know that you do get the reduced rate of $159 for your entire stay.

I noticed that her flight leaves at 9:00am on Saturday morning which means she'd have to be at the airport by 7:30am or so, which means leaving Neah Bay 1:30am on Saturday morning. I'd offer, but I'm afraid I'd pretty much be useless to drive without some sleep, and not sure what time the festivities would end on Friday night. Additionally, I believe I'll have some cousins with me. I will check around and see if anyone is leaving early. California used to have commuter planes on the hour, any between Neah Bay and Seattle ?

ps.....only the Light family and myself have signed on for the Holiday Inn in Seattle . Any others should call in at Holiday Inn Express in Seattle and make their reservations before May 15th, under the Light/Stell-Smith wedding party in order to receive one of the blocked rooms with the discount. Laura, we have a slight dilemma regarding our trip. Seems my friend who lives in Wichita Falls TX is coming to El Paso to visit her relatives in Juarez and then flying on to Seattle for the wedding. She is staying with us in Seattle and was planning on going on with us to the wedding and staying with us there. However, she made reservations to fly back from Seattle to Washington on Saturday at 9 AM! She forgot Neah Bay was 4/6 hrs away. Irene, John and I are coming to Seattle on Saturday, but I don’t think we can bring her back in time for her flight. It will cost her $300 to change the flight. Do you know whether there is any transportation from Neah Bay that she could take on Friday after the wedding or I guess very early Saturday morning to get her back to Seattle for her flight?
