accessing different python environment

Good day all, 

I have built jep (pip install jep) in my conda environment, the environment is setup with python 3.6. 

I want to call jep in a java application that is built has its pythonhome set as python2.7. 

How can i call jep with the python packages in my conda env python 3.6 within the java applications (that uses python 2.7)?

I have added the LD_lIBRARY_PATH= ../site-package/jep to my bash. 

My goal is to call a python script as shown in https://github.com/ninia/jep/wiki/Getting-Started for ML prediction.
