Making Dance Floors Sticky Since 2001
House, Breaks, Ambient & Elegant Electro
A Seattle to San Francisco transplant, Jen Woolfe has been making dance floors sticky along the West Coast since 2001. From Intimate Ambient Breaks to Elegant Electro House, Jen's sounds are deep, dirty and a little tongue-in-cheek. She'll have you laughing in one moment and leave you seduced, sipping on your soul the next. Stay tuned till the end of her set, there's always a story to tell.
Jen began her DJ career in 2001, after realizing her favorite spot on the dance floor was 2 feet away from the DJ booth, watching the hands of every Deep and Tech House DJ to visit her hometown of Seattle. Soon after she picked up Deep Dish's Global Underground, she made the move to Progressive House, a genre that succumbs to her seductive style and intimate journeys. In 2005 she returned to her Alt-Rock roots by fusing dance, rock & new school breaks and tinting her style with elegant electro.
Jen's versatility allows her to play any time of night at any venue, always served with style. Her desire to bring together diverse communities under one groove has helped her to be one of the most loved and devoted DJ's on the West Coast. Jen has played at venues across the U.S., including Seattle, San Francisco, Portland, Las Vegas, Reno, Vancouver B.C., Boston, Boise, Idaho Falls, Grand Junction CO and Black Rock City, NV. VuDu - SEA (Leschi Lounge)
VuDu spent his formative years in the DC, New York and Boston rave scenes scamming his way into 21+ parties and hunting down renegades. Surrounded by the best and brightest in the progressive house scene, he spent some time in music school before moving West to Seattle. During the day, he's a mild-mannered pixel-pusher for the local industry. When the door is shut and the lights come up, he's an electro-slammin', dancefloor blammin', fully-automated beat service. With an eclectic music library thats composed of all that is catchy, deep, classic and rare, you can expect to shake your booty to driving basslines, sexy hooks and rich vocal textures. From progressive house to electro punk, he takes the floor on a trip through the best of the last two decades.
Kickin' ass since 2004, VuDu has rocked out at events around Seattle as well as in San Francisco, Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia and of course, Black Rock City. Around town, you might have caught him at The Chapel, LoFi, Tost, Trinity, Rebar or at Waid's. Watch out for some sick new mixes and original productions coming in 2010. He's very excited to be a part of this super-stellar new night with his fellow Leschi Lounge crew. Long live the Leschi! Tear gas be damned, let's party!

Rev. Riff-Raff - SEA (Leschi Lounge/AntiGravity Music)
With a passion for fresh beats and obsession to share them with the world, Reverend Riff-Raff was born to make music. Native Hawaiian, Alea Mahone moved to Seattle at the age of 9. Raised with many creative influences around her, music and dance has always been an integral part of her life.
In 2005, Riff-Raff attended a house party at the Leschi Lounge - a progressive after hours. There she met many positive female figures in the underground music scene who would soon become some of her very best friends. Among these women was Jen Woolfe, a talented Seattle DJ willing to take Riff-Raff under her wing. With such strong musical inspiration around her, Riff-Raff is able to create her own unique sound and style.
Riff-Raff brings music to others with the excitement of a child, with mixes ranging from grimy electro beats to entrancing minimal tech. Riff-Raff's musical interests, including the Cocteau Twins, Barrington Levy and Bjork are as diverse as the crowds she captivates. She's played various parties and clubs including the Leschi Lounge, Burning Man, Convert, No Foolin', High Five, Cherry, Fox Box and Vibrator.
