Ask for "Developing tools of Jentrata for a Website"

I am an freshman of Jentrata, I am curious about the way to develop a website by using Jentrata. So i am now asking for a help, anybody there knows it?

For being more clearly, i want to know about the tools related to that job. Please help me, some information about that?
