
At anchor in the official Yacht Anchorage in Nassau that we got kicked out of the next morning.

Across the Great Bahamas Banks.

This is the lighthouse on Great Issac at the NE end of the Bahama Banks channel signaling the end of our ride over the banks.
As you can see, the wind is up and we are headed out into the ocean at this point.

However, by the next morning, the ocean was wonderful.

It was wonderful all day and through the night until about 4 AM when all hell broke loose off of Jacksonville. I heard a freighter in the port request to put to sea because he feared his anchor would drag. So, it was pretty clear that Jacksonvill was not a good stopping point. We battled our way up to the St. Marys inlet and got in ok.

Hook down in St Marys. Off to bed.
