Film maker Deborah Koons Garcia will show her film 'The Future of
Food' at the Jenner Community Club on Saturday, October 11th. Doors
open at 6 PM, the presentation starts at 7 PM. Tickets are $15.
This presentation will provide an excellent overview of the key
questions raised by consumers as they become aware of GM (genetically
modified) foods. This film draws questions to critical attention about
food production that need more public debate.
Not just for food faddists and nutritionists. The fim is a look at
something we might not want to see.
The film will be preceded by a talk by the producer, Deborah Koons
Garcia. She will also be introducing her newest film, "Seeds in Good
Heart: Soil and the Mystery of Fertility".
