About the display of logging_wrapper and test_publisher

Hello, I want to know which file can move the position of the display of logging_wrapper and test_publisher

This two files are now displaying in the configure page but I can't find the right "config.jelly" file or "config.erb"file

If I want to change the position of "Test Publisher", for example , it shows before "notice by E-mail"now ,and I want to make it show after "notice by E-mail", how can I do this?

You might not be using the included form helpers which will properly insert your configuration markup next to the field that is being configured.

Can you confirm that you are using the form helpers?
