Using the native Java API inside a Ruby plugin

Howdy All,

Since we don't always have idiomatic Ruby API for every Jenkins extension point (and aren't likely to do so anytime soon), I wrote up how to call the native Jenkins Java API from within a plugin.

As you can see, it's pretty simple, especially for extension points that don't fit into the describable model.
