Jenkins Durable Task Plugin Text File Busy

Hi,

I keep getting this error in about 80% of the time. I don't expect anything to be opening the file but I feel like the error concerns the .sh script that Durable Task Plugin creates?

Let me know if you have any thoughts on this please.
