Our plugin stopped processing concurrent jobs

Hi,
Our plugin was working fine few versions ago with processing concurrent jobs. Now, we see that there is a delay in processing of concurrent jobs. Nothing changed in our plugin. Can someone suggest what may have gone wrong?
