Hello,

I started using the email-ext plugin. I added the plugin as "post build" step to a configuration. A job was built and now I want to send an test email. However jenkins tells me it cannot find the file a specified.

Here is what I did:
- Create the folder $JENKINS_HOME\email_templates, where JENKINS_HOME is D:\jenkins
- Download the groovy-html.template and copy it to D:\jenkins\email_templates
- On the "Email Template Testing"-page I inserted the filename: "groovy-html.template"

- Jenkins then tells me:
The file 'larry-template.html' does not exist

I am using:
- Jenkins 1.554.1 on Windows
- Email-Ext 2.37.2.2

Thanks for any hints.

Ok, after checking the documentation I found my error.

The path for the templates is email-template and not email_template

You are close, the directory (as specified on the wiki page) needs to be email-templates, not email_templates.
