Collapsing Console Sections not parsing console in Jenkins 2.7.4

I've installed the Collapsing Console Sections plugin in Jenkins 2.7.4.

I configured a couple of sections to identify SCM checkout and the start of a maven build.

After running a job, the console output does not contain any sections.  I see no options on job configuration to activate the plugin for a specific job, so I'm assuming it is a global configuration, but I'm not seeing the sections on any job.

What am I doing wrong?
