How can the defects get logged to RTC whenevere there is a failure in the jenkins job ?

Hi 

I am planning to integrate my jenkins job and wants whenever the job gets failed (at any step may be during installation of build, running tests etc.) , a defect should get logged to RTC. 

There are couple of Jenkins plugin but they don't log a defect. 



Any help how to do it ?
