Passing list as argument from seed job to be used as job name in downstream job

Hello

I have a list of issues generated from jira and i want it to be passed to downstream job to be used as job name

I am using jenkins 2.426.2

I am using jenkins job DSL plugin version 1.87

Any thoughts?
