How to add "text Section" in a view at the top automatically?

Hi all,

I am maintaining a view called "News" on jenkins home page as default view.

I will be adding the project updates on the "news" view frequently. ( for Ex: plugin update info, plugin install etc..)

Every time I add a "Text Section", a new text section creates at the bottom of all the text sections.

I want to keep the newly added text section on top of all the text sections so that the new updates will be on the top of news page.

Is there any way to add "Text Section" on top of the existing text section by default?
