RESTfully add credentials

Hi all,
After something pretty basic but not finding an immediate solution to this.

I need to create a credential via REST, that's it really. This is for functional tests in my project, so I need things to be automated.

AFAICT, there is only a read API:
https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-20408

You can open a feature request. And implement the feature as well, if
you're interested :)
