throttling matrix configurations with throttle concurrent build plugin

Hi,

i'm using the plugin, and I'm having a trouble with configuring it to throttle my matrix jobs.

I have 10 different matrix jobs which I categorized with the same category (Tests-Intetgration), and I want to limit the amount of configuration running on each one of jenkins slaves.I used the same configuration in the global and on each job's configuration: maximum total concurrent: 300, and maximum per node concurrent: 7. I checked only the Throttle Matrix configuration builds.

I still see slaves that runs more than 7 run configuration of the jobs from that category.

am I missing something?
