Opinions for downstream jobs: Check "This build is parameterized" or not

G'day,

Curious question on your own conventions when setting up a job that will be downstream (so when A triggers B).

Do you still check the "This build is parameterized" and and fill in *ALL* the params it's expecting, or use the params in the job as if they were defined and expect upstream calling jobs to know what params are required??
