I have this problem after I independently bring up the VM to modify it outside of Jenkins using the vsphere client. Jenkins does not recover from this scenario nicely. I have to launch slave agent manually on the node page after this and then everything works properly.

Have tried to search for info about using the vsphere-cloud plugin, but can't find any ( other than the jenkins plugin page). Wonder if anyone else have this working (against windows/linux)?
