What should be used instead of the various Deprecated plugins?

I've noticed that our builds now have a list of Deprecated plugins:

[Deprecated] Publish Findbugs Analysis results
[Deprecated] Scan for Compiler warnings
[Deprecated] Publish combined static analysis results

What are the replacements for those?

There should be a upgrade notice in your system configuration if you have not installed the new plugin.
