Jenkins doesn't start promotion job

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a Multijob with some promotion sub jobs, which are all contained in a folder strukture like the following:

some/
  folder/
    Main
    BuildLinux
    BuildWindows
    promotions/
      Integration
      Integration_Linux
      Integration_Windows

So some/folder/Main is itself a Multijob which runs BuildLinux and BuildWindows in parallel. It also contains a promotion called Integration, which should trigger promotions/Integration when started. promotions/Integration is another Multijob which runs promotions/Integration_(Linux|Windows) in parallel.

However, when I click on "Promotion Status" on the Main job's side bar, select the Integration promotion and click on "Build now", nothing happens.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Relevant versions:
    Jenkins: 1.627
    Promoted Builds plugin: 2.17
    Multijob plugin: 1.23

    Folders plugin: 5.13

Hi,

turned out to be a permissions problem. However, would have expected a proper error message instead of simply doing nothing.
