Technical/Functional Skills :


1. Strong NA Payroll Functional experience with Technical knowledge

 2. Good experience in setup / functionalities like pay calendar, paygroup, retropay, paysheet adjustments, tax balances, tax updates, W2 processing,

3. Strong experience in parallel testing for payroll

4. Strong experience in upgrade to PeopleSoft 9.2

5.  Experience in Base Benefits module

6.Good experience in technical tools like App Designer, SQL Developer.

7.Integration experience with Time & Labor, Absence Mgmt, Benefits and General Ledger.

8.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience of working with senior client stakeholders

9. Good to have experience in Absence Management module.

10. Good to have experience in using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).

Experience Required :   10 to 15 years



Roles & Responsibilities:


 1. Support Project Manager in providing status and progress reports

2. Create functional specs and support technical team.

3. Engage and ensure periodic communication with customer stake holders

4. Will be working closely with Oracle in resolving critical issues

5. Will be responsible for preparing NA Payroll related documentation

6. Own and support client stakeholders/SMEs during CRPs, SIT, UAT, cutover

7. Provide thought leadership and consulting support for upgrade and implementation teams

Generic Managerial Skills :


 Support Project Manager in providing status and progress reports
