[GSoC] Introducing the revamped Infra Stats website

Hi everyone,

As a project of the Google Summer of Code (GSoC) 2024 (https://www.jenkins.io/projects/gsoc/2024/projects/implementing-ui-for-jenkins-infra-statistics/) with main contributor Shlomo Dahan, we are happy to announce that the code product resulted (https://github.com/jenkins-infra/stats.jenkins.io/) is finally replacing our old one (https://old.stats.jenkins.io/). With that we have a new look and feel to the URL concerned at https://stats.jenkins.io/.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the project, including but not limited to Shlomo, Bruno Verachten, Vandit Singh, Herve Le Meur, Damien Duportal, Alyssa Tong, and Mark Waite, for making this project a success. 

Once again we would like to thank Google for sponsoring this project via GSoC. Without their support this could not have happened.
