Hi

I have followed the instructions on the wiki for connecting a Windows 10 slave to Jenkins using JNLP. When I run the Jenkins slave agent on the slave it fails to connect and I see this exception:

I guess the connection requires tunnelling.  Both slave and master are on an internal network but a reverse proxy is present somewhere on the network, so probably the master is behind that proxy (unfortunately our network administrator is unavailable at present so I can’t check).  I don’t understand tunnelling.  What should I enter in the ‘Tunnel connection through’ field or what do I need the network administrator to configure on the master machine?

Best regards

David
