Automatic trigger not happening after the Jenkins webhook change change

Hi Team,

I have recently migrated from Bit bucket to Git Hub and I have replaced the existing Jenkins pipeline bitbucket webhooks with the git hub webhooks.

But when I push the code the pipeline is not getting triggered on Jenkins until I manually trigger the pipeline for the first time. Can someone provide a solution for this as I have 100's for pipelines and I will not be able to trigger them manually?

I have also restarted the Jenkins but still no luck there.
