Issue while Building Jenkins from Source

Hi,
We wanted to rename the BUILD button in Jenkins to something else .For what we have downloaded the code and make the necessary changes to the index,jelly file present under jenkins/core/src/main/resources/hudson/model/ParametersDefinitionProperty directory .
However we are getting the following error when we are building from source on windows/linux machine.I am herewith attaching the surefile reports also for your reference .
