Responsibility for reviewing plugin pull requests

Hi,

Who reviews pull requests for plugins?

For example, I've modified nvm-wrapper-plugin to allow it to be used 
with pipeline / workflow and would love that code to be reviewed for 
inclusion in the officially distributed plugin.

Generally their maintainers.

Some of them do a better job of it than others, and some plugins are even unmaintained.
