Builds stuck at "pending"

Hi,

I'm seeing a problem where from time to time some builds are being queued but not getting launched - despite the fact that slaves are available for the job.

I'm running with Jenkins 1.585, though I've seen the problem with recent other versions (e.g. 1.582) from the last 2 months or so.

I believe this is a bug and not a configuration error as jobs are usually launched correctly, and restarting Jenkins causes the previously triggered job to be launched.

Can anyone suggest logging I might enable to get a better idea as to where the problem is? Have others encountered this problem as well?
